Membership Terms & Conditions
Commitment & Billing
All Sculpt By J memberships are subject to a 3-month minimum commitment. Payments are processed automatically on a weekly or monthly basis via our secure Fresha platform. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Treatment Inclusions
Treatment credits must be used within the calendar month and do not roll over. Unused treatments expire at the end of each billing cycle and cannot be banked, transferred, or redeemed for cash value.
Appointment Policy
48 hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide 48 hours notice may result in the loss of that month's treatment credit. No-shows will automatically forfeit the scheduled treatment session.
Cancellation Policy
After the initial 3-month term, memberships may be cancelled with 14 days written notice via email to [email protected]. Early termination within the first 3 months will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining term value.
Membership Freezing
You may pause your membership once per calendar year for up to 4 weeks for travel or medical reasons with at least 14 days advance notice. Medical reasons require appropriate documentation.
Health & Liability
Members must disclose all relevant medical history and contraindications prior to treatment. Sculpt By J reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed medically inappropriate.
Additional Terms
Modifications: Sculpt By J reserves the right to modify membership pricing, treatment inclusions, or terms with 30 days notice to active members.
Booking Priority: Members receive priority booking access during business hours. All appointments must be scheduled through the Fresha booking platform or by contacting the clinic directly.
Product Discounts: Membership product discounts apply to in-clinic retail purchases only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or seasonal sales.
Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable between individuals. Treatment credits cannot be gifted, sold, or shared with non-members.
Conduct: Sculpt By J reserves the right to terminate memberships immediately without refund in cases of abusive behavior, repeated late cancellations, or violations of clinic policies.
